NOVEMBER has hit hard--
Literally. I may lose power before I get to finish this entry... as 50 MPH winds batter the landscape outside my window and the TV warns me of coastal flooding, I have created a utopia of denial in my studio so that my daughter only really sees this as an unexpected day off of school. The 360 has been blaring the adventures of Lego Indiana Jones for the past half hour as she sits all cozy in a huge flannel blanket on my couch. Happy times
She enjoyed dinner and has a compliment of grapes to accompany her on her video game adventures while I sit here at the Mac getting some work done
If the lights go out-- its time to break out the portable dvd player, or the iPod or the laptop so we can watch movies as the storm passes...
that should keep us till morning! Wish us luck-- i dont want to get any further behind schedule-- Im finally making good progress and dont want to get set back by another day or two!
BTW, I really appreciate all the positive feedback in the comments sections for the new art--makes my day to know that you are enjoying the work!
